模糊综合评价法在设备招标评标中的应用

The Application of Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation in Equipment Bidding and Evaluating

分析了目前评标过程中经常采用的几种方法,指出其存在的弊端。提出了一种基于模糊数学的综合评价方法,该方法根据模糊隶属度理论把定性评价转化为定量评价,解决了原有方法中定性与定量评价不能很好结合的问题,使评标方法在综合性、合理性、科学性等方面得到了改进。该模型在其他类似问题的评价中也有一定的推广价值。

Several methods which are used in evaluation of bids process are analyzed, and their existence malpractices axe pointed out as well. A method of fuzzy synthetic evaluation, which combines qualitative indicators with quantitative indicators, is introduced. The problems which can＇ t combine qualitative evaluation with quantitative evaluation exactly are solved, and the methods of bids evaluation become more synthetically, logical and scientific. The model also has certain application value in other similar field.
