微生物多糖PS-1231作高脊性泥料增塑剂的应用研究

摘要 提高高脊性泥料的可塑性是关系到发展高档瓷器、提高经济效益、增加出口创汇的技术关键。本研究根据微生物多糖PS-1231独特的理化性能,在深入探讨泥料增塑机理的基础上,以PS-1231多糖为主要成分,经过科学复配,研制出新型、高效的泥料增塑剂。山东淄博瓷厂在骨质瓷泥料中进行了生产性试验,结果表明:添加由微生物多糖PS-1231为主要成分配制的新型增塑剂,具有优良的增塑、增强效果。与生产中使用的羧甲基纤维素相比,可塑性指标提高12.4%,干燥强度提高5.3%。滚压成型成坯率提高31.5%。因此,本产品是大规模生产骨质瓷所必不可少的高效增塑剂。 Improving the plasticity of high ridgity slip is a important technical key to develop high-quality porcelain,to increase economic efficiency and export to earn foreign exchange.According to unique physical and chemical properties of microbe polysaccharide PS 1231,and on the basis of investigating the plasticizing mechanism of slip,taking polysaccharide PS 1231 as main composition,high efficient plasticizer for slip has been developed.Aproductive experiment with slip for bone porcelain was made in Shandong Zibo Porcelain Factory.The result shows that the new Plasticizer consisting of polysaccharide PS 1231 has a good effect to enhance plasticity and strength.Compared with CMC,the plasticity index was increased by 12 4%,the dry strength 5 3%,the rate of semifinished product 31 5%.
