摘要 通过对国外几种高温陶瓷辊棒组成、显微结构与性能的分析,研究了辊棒的化学—矿物组成、显微结构与性能的关系。采用国产高纯原料及自行研制的高压液压挤管机和全自动、大容积高温梭式窑,研制成功了高温力学性能、抗热震性能优良的高温陶瓷辊棒,其主要技术性能达到国外同类产品水平,可以满足烧成温度在1200~1300°C的高温辊道窑的使用要求。 The relationships between the chemical mineral compositions,microstructure and properties of the roller was investigated by analyxing the compositions,microstructure,and properties of several high temperature rollers abroad.By using domestic high burity material and self made high pressure liquid pressure tubeexchuding machine,the high temperature ceramic roller with good high temperature dymamic properties and thermal shock resistance was successfully developed in a fully automatic high temperature shutlle kiln with large volume.The products main technical specifications have reached to the standard of the same product abroad and can meet the requirements of the high temperature roller kiln whose firing range is between 1200°C and 1300°C
