糖尿病足溃疡创面处理的进展

Progress of Wound Treatment on Diabetic Foot Ulcers

糖尿病足溃疡涉及到末梢神经病变、缺血性病变、机体抵抗力降低而易感染、足畸形等因素,创面常难以愈合,在临床上其治疗一直是个难题,医学的进步使其治疗效果有望取得一定进展。从抗感染、高压氧治疗、创面清创、局部减压、创面负压治疗和干细胞移植等6个方面对糖尿病足溃疡的创面治疗进行了阐述,其中干细胞移植是一种较有前景的治疗方法。

Wound healing of diabetic foot ulcers is difficult due to neuropathy, ischemia, infection with degrade of resistance to pathogens, abnormity of foot, etc. The treatment of diabetic foot ulcers is always tough problem clinically. Under the iatrieal advancement, it is hopeful to improve therapeutic efficacy. We will expound the treatment of wound on diabetic foot ulcers at six aspects, such as the therapy of infection, hyperbaric oxygen treatment, debridement of wound and wound bed preparation, mechanical load relief, negative pressure wound therapy, stem cell transplantation. The transplantation of stem cells is one kind of hopeful method to treat diabetic foot ulcers.
