摘要
选用诃子、黄芩、金银花、鱼腥草、苦参、山豆根、连翘7味中药分别做成中药分别煎剂,使其浓度为1 g/mL,利用平板菌落计数法筛选300 cfu/mL~3 000 cfu/mL的菌液,并将其涂到用Baird-Parker培养基与不同浓度中药混合的药液培养基上,观察不同中药不同浓度对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制情况。把上述7种中药做成药敏纸片,放到涂有菌液的培养基上,观察抑菌圈的大小。利用方差分析进行差异显著性检验。结果表明,诃子相对于其他中药来说,能很好的抑制金黄色葡萄球菌的生长。
Seven kinds of traditional Chinese medicines such as myrabolam,skullcap,honeysuckle,houttuynia,kuhseng,root of subprostrate sophora, forsythia were choosen to exam their inhibition to Staphylococcus aureus in vitro.Seven kinds of traditional Chinese medicines were made into apozem which concentration was 1 g/mL.The proper concentration of 300-3000 colonies per mL was prepared by flat calculating colony.Bacterial liquid was smeared on the mixture of Baird-Parker culture medium with different concentrations of traditional Chinese medicines.The effects of inhibition Staphylococcus aureus was evaluated by the diameter of inhibition cycle.Scrips of drug sensitivity were made by seven kinds of traditional Chinese medicines and put them on surface of culture medium with bacteria liquid to measure the diamter of inhibition cycle.The results showed that myrabolam was more effective than the other traditional Chinese medicines.
