精神分裂症患者生命质量及其影响因素研究

Study on Quality of Life of Schizophrenics and Its Influential Factors

目的探索精神分裂症患者生命质量及其影响因素,为提高精神分裂症患者的生命质量提供科学依据。方法以问卷方式对随机抽取的精神分裂症患者及其家属进行调查,分析性别、文化程度、居住地、病情、病程、医疗费用等对患者生命质量的影响。结果不同性别、不同文化程度、不同居住地患者生命质量因子得分间差别均有显著性意义(P<0.05);逐步回归分析表明,患者生命质量与母亲文化程度、全家年收入呈正相关,与居住于大中城市、起病形式、病情程度呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者的生命质量受多种因素影响,应整体提高全民人口素质,增加人均收入,减轻城市居民的身心压力。

Objective To explore quality of life （QOL） of schizophrenics and its influential factors so as to provide scientific evidence for improving QOL of schizophrenics. Methods Questionnaires covering randomly sampled schizophrenics as well as their family member were adopted to investigate the affection of QOL of schizophrenia by gender, educational background, inhabitation area, condition, course and medical expense. To analyze the influence of QOL between sex, cultural degree , inhabitation area, state of an illness, course of diseases, the medical treatment expenses, etc. Results There were respectively significant differences in QOL factor among the patients with different educational background and dwelling in different area （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Stepwise regression analysis indicated that QOL of schizophrenic was positive correlated with the mother＇s educational background and family annual earnings. However, it was negative correlated with inhabiting city, onset form and severity of an illness （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion QOL of schizophrenic was influenced by multiple factors. It is suggested that the quality of population should be wholly improved, the average earnings increased, the pressure on city dwellers＇ body and mind relieved.
