摘要
随着我国急诊医学近30年的发展和社会的进步,人们逐渐发现仅凭医院先进的仪器和急诊医护人员的操作技能已经不能完整地体现人性化的现代急救意识。医学心理学的进步更是让心理因素影响人体健康的事实得到广泛重视。本文就急诊患者和医护人员双方的心理特点进行分析,并进一步探讨在急诊工作中应采取的应对措施。
In recent 30 years, following the development of emergency medicine and advance of society in China has, people have gradually realized that the humanized first aid is not only advanced equipments and skilled physicians. Medical psychology has pointed out that psychological factors affect human health and this opinion has been widely accepted. So this paper is focus on analysis of psychological features of both emergency patients and medical staff, and further to explore how to apply the response measure in emergency medicine.
