2型糖尿病患者血清磷脂脂肪酸谱及其与血脂的相关性 被引量:6

Serum Phospholipid Fatty Acid Spectrum and Its Correclation with Plasma Lipid in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血清磷脂脂肪酸谱及其与血脂的相关性。方法采用高效气相色谱法测定2型糖尿病组和健康对照组的血清磷脂脂肪酸谱,酶法测定血脂,分析二者的相关性。结果2型糖尿病组C16:0、C18:0、C18:1、C20:0、C20:2n-6、C20:1、饱和脂肪酸(SFA)、单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)、n-6/n-3显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05);C18:2n-6、C20:3n-6、C22:6n-3、多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)、PUFA/SFA、n-6PUFA、n-3PUFA显著低于健康对照组(P<0.05)。2型糖尿病患者的C16:1、C20:1、C22:2n-6与总胆固醇(TC)呈负相关(P<0.05);C22:2n-6、n-3PUFA与三酰甘油(TG)呈负相关(P<0.05);n-6PUFA、PU-FA、PUFA/SFA与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)呈正相关(P<0.05);C18:0与低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)呈正相关(P<0.01);C16:1、C22:2n-6与LDL-C呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者血清磷脂脂肪酸谱与健康者不同。2型糖尿病患者SFA、MUFA高于健康者,而PUFA低于健康者。SFA与LDL-C呈正相关,MUFA与TC、LDL-C呈负相关,PUFA与TC、TG、LDL-C呈负相关,PUFA与HDL-C呈正相关。 Objective To investigate state of serum phospholipid fatty acid spectrum and its correlation with plasma lipid and lipoprotein in patients with type 2 diabetes ( DM ). Methods Serum phospholipid fatty acid spectrum was analyzed with capillary gas chromatography in both DM group and control group, and plasma lipids and lipoprotein were measured in enzymatic method. Results The percentage of fatty acids (C16: 0, C18: 0, C18: 1, C20:0 and C20: 1), saturated fatty acid (SFA), monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA) and n -6/n -3 polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) was higher in DM group than in normal control group (NC). But the percentage of fatty acids (C18: 2n -6, C20: 3n -6, C22: 6n-3, n -6PUFA and n -3PUFA) and PUFA/SFA was lower in DM group than in NC group. C16: 1, C20: 1, C22: 2n -6 in patients with diabetes had negative correlations with total cholesterol (TC) ( P 〈0.05) ; C22: 2n -6, n -3PUFA had negative correlation with triacylglycerol (TG) ( P 〈0. 05) ; C16: 1, C22: 2n -6 were positively correlated with low -density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL - C) ( P 〈 0. 05) ; N - 6 PUFA, total PUFA and PUFA/SFA were positively correlated with high - density lipoprorein cholesterol ( HDL - C) ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; C18 : 0 was positively correlated with LDL - C ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Serum phospholipid fatty acid spectrum is different between DM and NC group. SFA and MUFA in patients with Type 2 diabetes is high- er than those of healthy people, but PUFA is lower in patients with Type 2 diabetes than those of healthy people.. SFA, MUFA and PUFA have different effects on plasma lipid in patients with type 2 diabetes.
