摘要
首先介绍了精益生产的背景,然后在精益生产的理论基础上提出了精益建造的概念,目的是利用精益建造方法改善工程项目管理现状,实现工程行业整体管理水平的提高。通过分析精益建造的理论体系得出了从满足客户需求、提高设计水平、减少变化提高绩效、标准化管理和项目过程绩效评价五个方面利用精益建造理论提升工程项目管理能力的结论。
The background of the precision production is introduced first, then the precision construction concept is put out based on the precision production theory. The purpose is to improve the present status of engineering project management and raise the integrity management level in construction engineering by use of precision construction theory. Through analysis of precision construction theory system, the conclutions of using precision construction theory to raise the capacity of engineering project management are obtained, in five aspects i.e. Satisfy the customer's requirements, Heightening of design level, Decrease variation and increase effectiveness, Standardization of management, and Evaluation of Engineering project's process effectiveness.
