摘要
对含有亚硝化菌的活性污泥进行富集和分离得到6株亚硝化菌,对其中降解效果最好的一株YS6菌株进行鉴定和降解特性研究。结果表明:该菌为亚硝化单胞菌(Nitrosomonas sp.),最适碳源CaCO3和NaHCO3,最适温度30℃,最适pH值8,250mL锥形瓶最佳装瓶量50mL,接种量12×10^9个。
Six strains of nitroso-bacteria were enriched and screened from activated sludge,in which YS6 that degraded ammonia-nitrogen best was identified as Nitrosomonas sp.Results showed that the optimal carbon source was CaCO_3 and NaHCO_3 under the optimal conditions of temperature 30℃,pH 8.0 and 50mL in a conical flask of 250mL with inoculation of 12×10~9strains.
