摘要
A new method for the preparation of medical therapy glass miorospheres has been developed in this paper by applying the liquid suspension principle in the multiple liquid dispersion system,under the action of droplet surfecial tension and through the sol-gel process. The effects of such factors as water, alcohol, acid solution additives and the reaction temperature to the gelling time were studied. Also the effects of active agent and stirring rate to the size of sol droplets were investigated. It is noted in this paper that the temperature raising rate is very important and thus the low density glass inicrospheres can be obtained by controlling these factors, which are suitable to intervention radiotherapical purposes aming malignant tumor under clinic requirement.
