摘要
向试液中加入水溶性的有机化合物四丁基氯化铵(TBAC),以空气-乙炔火焰AAS法进行分析,提高了测Al、Ca的灵敏度,显著降低了共存元素的相互干扰,采用标准加入法测Al;以标准曲线法测Ca、Fe,建立了在相同体系中连续测定工业硅中Al、Ca、Fe的方法。
In this paper, sensitivity has been enhanced in determination of Al, Ca and matrix effect has been eliminated by adding tetra-n-butylammonium chloride (TBAC), using air-acetylene flame AAS. Al is analysed with standard addition method. Ca and Fe are determined with standard curve method. A method for continu ous determination of Al,Ca and Fe in industrial silicon in the same system has been established.
