摘要
应用管式炉红外碳硫分析仪建立了脱氧剂中碳化硅及游离碳的测定方法。对仪器程序升温条件进行研究,设计了4步升温程序。碳化硅和游离碳析出温度的试验结果表明,游离碳在650℃下可完全析出,碳化硅在900℃开始析出,但完全析出则需要在1 200℃时添加助熔剂。采用基准CaCO3绘制工作曲线,在最佳试验条件下,测定了脱氧剂中碳化硅及游离碳含量,相对标准偏差分别为0.15%和1.92%。测定结果与化学分析方法相吻合。
A carbon-sulfur infrared analyzer with pipe furnace was applied to the determination of free carbon and silicon carbide in deoxidizers. Four temperature programs were given by research of the temperature conditions for instrument. The test results for release tempreture of free carbon and silicon carbide showed that the free carbon could be completely released at 650 ℃ and silicon carbide could be released originally at 900 ℃ and completely at 1 200 ℃ in the preseuce of accelerator. The calibration curves are set up with primary standard calcium carbonate. The method was used to the determination of free carbon and silicon carbide in deoxidizers,giving relative standard deviations of 0.15 % and 1.92% ,respectively. The determination results agree with those of chemical method.
