摘要
研究了氯化钠存在下,十六烷基溴化吡啶和硫氰酸铵浮选分离铂的行为及与一些金属离子分离的条件。实验结果表明,当溶液中氯化钠、硫氰酸铵、十六烷基溴化吡啶的浓度分别为1.0mol/L,5.0×10-3mol/L,6.0×10-4mol/L和酸度在pH4.0时,Pt(Ⅳ)与硫氰酸铵、溴化十六烷基吡啶形成的三无缔合物浮于盐水相上层,分成界面清晰的液-固两相,Pt(Ⅳ)被定量浮选。100μg Pt(Ⅳ)可与1 000μg Co(Ⅱ),Al(Ⅲ),Cd(Ⅱ),Mn(Ⅱ),Ga(Ⅲ),Fe(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ),Cr(Ⅲ)离子定量分离,对Ni-Pt/Al2O3催化剂中铂的分离和测定,结果满意。
The behaviour and conditions for floatation separaton of platinum from other metal ions are researched with cetyl pyridinium bromide-ammonium sulfocyanate system in the presence of sodium chloride. It was shown .that Pt(Ⅳ)with ammonium sulfocyanate and cetyl pyridinium bromide formed a ternany associated complex,which floated on the upper layer of salt-water phase and enabled the system to divide into both liquid and solid phases with a distinct boundary. 100μg of Pt(Ⅳ)could be separated quntitatively from 1 000μg of Co(Ⅱ),Al(Ⅲ),Cu(Ⅱ),Cd(Ⅱ),Mn(Ⅱ),Ca(Ⅲ),Fe(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ)and Cr(Ⅲ) in the presence of 1.0 mol/L sodium chloride,5.0 × 10^-3 mol/L ammonium sulfocyanate and 6.0 × 10^- 4 mol/L cetyl pyridium bromide at pH4.0. The proposed method has been used to the separation and determination of Pt(Ⅳ) in Ni-Pt/Al2O3 catalyst,giving the relative standard deviation of 2.1% (n=6).
