钛铁矿常压微波消解溶样方法研究 被引量:10

摘要 由于钛铁矿稳定的结构特点,在分析其组分含量时,溶样成为分析方法中较难的一个环节。本实验根据X-射线衍射仪分析钛铁矿组成和结构的结果,利用钛铁矿显著吸收微波的介电特性,使用改装后的800 W家用微波炉,在常压下选择中低火加热温度(160℃左右),分别用磷酸和磷硫混酸在微波辐照下消解粒度小于0.125 mm的矿样,可快速将矿样消解完全。与传统方法比较,该法具有简便、快速、低耗等优点,可应用于大批量样品分析。 Since titanic iron ore has a stable structure,it makes sample decomposition to become one more difficult process in analysis of titanic iron ore. Acording to the results for the analysis of component and structure of titanic iron ore with X-ray diffractometer and the fact in that titanic iron ore is prossessed of a dielectric property capable to absorb evidently microwave,a household microwave oven with power of 800W is applied to the decomposition of titanic iron ore sample under atmospheric pressure. It is shows that the sample with size of below 0. 125nm can completely decomposed with phosphoric acid or mixture of phosphoric acid and sulfuric at about 160℃ (corresponding to mid-low fire gear in microwave oven). With compared with traditional methods, present one is convenient, rapid, low consuming and is suitable for analysis of batch samples.
