低凝聚粒子PET的研制

A STUDY OF PET WITH LOW COAGULATE PARTICLE CONTENT

为了减少PET凝聚粒子,在PET聚合的预缩聚阶段,添加少量的对羟基苯甲酸甲酯或对羟基苯甲酸。测试结果表明,引入添加物后所得PET样品的凝聚粒子显著减少。分析了添加不同量的对羟基苯甲酸或对羟基苯甲酸甲酯对样品凝聚粒子含量及流变性能的影响。

P -hydroxybenzoic acid or p-hydroxybenzoate is added at the beginning of PET prepolymerization to decrease coagulate particle content of PET. Testing result showed that the coagulate particle content of PET with additive decreased markedly. The effects of the amount of additive on the coagulate particle contents and rheologic properties are analyzed.
