摘要
针对热收缩薄膜的综合性能要求和生产实际,进行了热收缩薄膜用二元和三元共混体系收缩性能的研究,对比了不同吹胀比时共混体系的收缩性能。结果表明:薄膜LDl63具有适宜的相对分子质量及其分布,二元共混中线性低密度聚乙烯/LD163的共混效果为佳,而三元体系其纵横向收缩的平衡性较好。
In order to adapt integrated performance requirement and production practice, this paper studied on the heat shrinkage properties of film from binary and ternary blends, and comparing the shrinkage properties of film made in different blowing ratio. The results showed that the LD163 has appropriate molecular weight and the distribution; the blending effect of LLDPE/LD163 is better, while shrinking balance in vertical/horizontal direction of tri-blending is good.
