The Technology of the Prolific Propylene in Jingmen Petroleum Refinery

增产丙烯多产聚丙烯已成为炼厂增加经济效益的主要途径之一。从工艺和催化剂改进等方面,介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司荆门分公司增产丙烯的技术。选择高反应温度、ZSM-5择型分子筛、丙烷和汽油裂解技术能够得到较好丙烯增产效果。与2005年同比,2006年增产丙烯4894t,可获得税后效益1917万元。

One of the main ways of improving economic efficiency is increase in yield of propylene to lead raising output of polypropylene in refinery. The article introduced the technical experience on the increasing propylene in Jingmen Petroleum Refinery, Sinopec by the innovation of process and catalyst. The effect of increase propylene resulted from choosing reasonable higher reaction temperature, application of ZSM-5 optional zeolite and pyrolysis technology for propane and gasoline. Comparing with the year 2005, in the 2006 of propylene production increased by 4 894 t, after tax benefits available to 19.17 million yuan.
