摘要
采用卡尔·费休水分测定仪对聚乙烯颗粒水含量进行测定。通过对试样的加热温度、氮气流量、滴定延迟时间等参数的试验研究,得到测定水分的最佳条件:加热温度200℃;滴定延迟时间8min;氮气流量选择以氮气在滴定池中连续鼓泡为宜(150-200mL/min)。建立的聚乙烯颗粒水分测定方法试验数据表明,该方法重复性较好,精密度较高,分析方法可靠。
The moisture in polyethylene pellets was determined by Karl Fischer titration. It was observed that the best conditions for determination of moisture were heating temperature 200 ℃, titration relay time 8 minutes, and at 150-200 mL/min of nitrogen flow rate meanwhile the nitrogen bubbling in the nitration pool normally by test and research of the above parameters. The test data showed that the method has better repeatability, higher precision, and reliability.
