摘要
分析了石化企业科研单位人力资源管理现状,对人才的培养、使用及激励机制提出了建议。为了提升核心竞争力,企业应树立以人为本的管理理念,加大专业技术人员培养力度,增强培训的针对性、建立有效的激励机制,重视员工的团队建设,为企业的长远发展提供人才支持。
It was analyzed that professional and technical personnel structure and status in research institute of petrochemical enterprises, and suggested that the use of talents, the training and the incentive mechanisms. In order to enhance core competitiveness, the enterprise should establish a people-oriented management philosophy, intensify efforts to train professional and technical personnel, increase purposeful training, and establishment of an effective incentive mechanism to staff team-building, for the long-term development to provide personnel support.
