摘要
本文除对ICP某些参数和光谱性质进行了研究外,还进行了有机溶剂的选择。实验结果表明,在样品溶液中加入30%(V/V)的甲基异丁酮(MIBK),显著地提高了分析线强度和信背比,提高了分析方法的灵敏度。当溶液中Gd<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>浓度为5mg/ml时,测定下限为钐0.001%,铕0.0004%,铽0.1002%,镝0.0004%,钇0.0002%。其相对标准偏差为2.6—5.3%。
In this paper, some main working parameters of ICP were measured, several organic solvents have been studied using ICP, and the results of effects of concentration of the methyl isobutyl ketone (MIBK), plasma forward power, desolvation temperature and carrier gas flow are given. The sample solution contains 30% (V/V) of MIBK was introduced into the ICP, therefore the determination sensitivities were improved, because the effective uptake rate of solution and the line intensities were increased. For the sample solution containing 5mg/ml of Gd_2O_3, the detection limit is 0.001% for Sm_2O_3, 0.0004% for Eu_2O_3 and Dy_2O_3, 0.002% for Tb_4O_7,0.0002% for Y_2O_3 respectively. The tested accuracies were satisfactory and the relative standard deviations were in the range of 2.6—5.3%.
