摘要
玻璃液面附近的池壁,是决定窑体寿命的关键部位。池壁的传热过程以二维稳态传热考虑比较实际情况。采用数学模拟的方法,建立熔窑池壁砖内部的温度场模型。结合池壁温度模型的建立探讨生产环节中池壁保护措施的理论依据。
The portion of the pool wall close to the surface of the melted glass is the critical part that determines the life of the furnace. It is more in conformity with the reality that the heat transfer of the pool wall is considered as in a two-dimension steady state. Using a mathematical analogue method, an internal temperature field model of the pool wall bricks is set up. The theoretical basis for making protections to the pool wall in working conditions is discussed in combination with the setting up of the wall temperature field model.
