摘要
一、引言岩石土壤中稀土元素的X射线荧光光谱法定量分析,前人已做了大量工作,但由于岩石、土壤中稀土元素总量变化很大,甚至有的相差3—4个数量级,并且岩石土壤中稀土元素含量很低,干扰元素又多,在进行X射线荧光测定稀土分量时必须进行化学预富集,消除干扰。这使化学流程很长,处理一批样品需要3—5天。
As the rare earth elements (REE) determined by XRF, it must be Preconcentrated for eliminating matrix affects and influence elements. Usually the chemical treating procedure is complicated and time consuming, when analytical range is not in correspondence with the weight of sample, it must be done again. So we investigated a method to indicate the total amount of REE. According to the relation of relative abundance of REE in nature, a suit REE was chosen as a indicating element to indicate the total amount of REE, This method is very simple and has obtained satisfactory results in production.
