文丘里气液分布管的实验研究与数值模拟 被引量:6

摘要 依据文丘里管渐缩渐扩的特点,设计了文丘里气液分布管,在底面出口采用挡板来阻挡中心区流体,实现液体的均匀分布。在=27 cm的空塔中,通过冷模实验观察了单个分布管内喉管段直径以及气液流量对分散效果的影响,同时应用计算流体力学CFD软件对分布管进行数值模拟,并在=1 m的空塔中,考察了由多个文丘里分布管组合成分配塔盘的分配效果。结果表明:当分布管喉管段直径较小时,在喉管段气液两相流形成分散流,经过底面出口挡板的碎流作用后,液体分布均匀;多个分布管的组合能优化分散效果,改善分配性能。 A Venturi distributor was designed according to the principle of Venturi tube. In order to make the liquid flow distribution more uniform, a baffle was placed at the outlet of the distributor to obstruct the central flow. The effects of the throat diameter and gas-liquid flow rate on liquid distribution were studied in a column of 27 cm in diameter. Meanwhile, the Venturi distributor was simulated by computational fluid dynamics (CFD). A distributor tray, which was assembled by a group of distributors, was also investigated in a column of one meter in diameter. It was indicated from the results that dispersed flow was formed in the throat when its diameter was small, the liquid distributes more uniformly when a baffle was used, and the distributor tray improved liquid distribution obviously.
