均匀化在数值混凝土单轴拉伸试验中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究湿筛混凝土、全级配混凝土的抗拉强度,进一步掌握混凝土的细观结构与宏观力学性能间的关系.方法将混凝土视为由骨料、水泥砂浆及二者间的粘结带所构成的三相复合材料,利用蒙特卡罗方法生成混凝土随机骨料模型.采用双折线损伤演化模型描述混凝土细观各相单元的损伤退化.利用非线性有限元方法对一级配混凝土试件的轴拉实验进行了数值分析;在二级配混凝土试件的轴拉实验中验证了均匀化的正确性;在全级配混凝土轴拉实验中应用了均匀化方法.结果得到一级配混凝土的抗拉强度为2.5 MPa,二级配混凝土的抗拉强度为1.96 MPa,四级配混凝土的抗拉强度为1.72 MPa.结论采用均匀化方法预测全级配混凝土的宏观力学性能是可行的.数值模拟所得的结果与实验结果表现出较好的一致性. In order to get the tensile strength of wet screened,three-graded,fully-graded concrete the concrete is considered as a three-phase composite composed of matrix,aggregate and the interface between the two;the random aggregate model is conctructed by using Monte-Carlo method.The bilinear damage evolution model is adopted to describe the meso-element's damage devolution.The axial tension test for the one-graded concrete is studied by the nonlinear FEM;homogenization is verified in the axial tension test for the two-graded concrete;homogenization is applied in the axial tension test for the fully-graded concrete.Furthermore,tensile strengths of fully-graded concrete.The results of numerical simulation meet experiment results well.
