摘要
目的将多层住宅建筑的顶层、底层及有山墙的用户(边角用户)多消耗的热量合理地分摊给标准用户(中间层用户).方法结合热负荷计算理论分析多层住宅建筑各围护结构耗热量的构成及相互关系.结果按照建筑物的总耗热量分为公共耗热量和可变耗热量的思想,建立供热分户计量耗热量公平分摊模型.结论多层住宅建筑的边角用户比中间层的标准用户消耗的热量多,必须进行分摊修正.通过对试验建筑实测数据进行耗热量分摊,表明耗热量分摊模型能够客观、合理分摊耗热量.
The paper tries to find a way to allot reasonably the heat overly consumed by top layer,bottom layer and gable user(corner user) to standard user in the multilayer residential building.Using the heat load calculating theory,the paper analyses the constitution and reciprocity of the multilayer residential building various envelope.We establish the heat loss model of household heat-metering.The result shows that the multilayer residential building corner user consume more heat than the intermediate level standard user.The revision must be carried on.Through sharing the heat loss to the experiment building's measured data,the heat loss sharing model is indicated that it can share the heat loss reasonably.
