The Small Town Evaluation System Based on Optimum Index of Target Analysis

目的对小城镇的总体发展水平进行综合评价,建立科技示范小城镇评价系统,促进全国小城镇健康快速发展.方法研究基于小城镇的评价指标体系,运用目标分析最优指标算法建立评价模型,利用计算机编程技术实现科技示范小城镇评价系统.结果根据小城镇的量化指标,系统可以得出科学合理的评价值.结论通过和其他评价方法的比较分析,结果具有直观、简明、定量、精确等特点,有较大的应用推广价值.

It is very important to develop the small towns for a country＇s economy and social development.The development of the small towns can be studied by applying the general quality evaluation to the small town overall level of development.The small town evaluation target structure is studied.The evaluation model is built by Optimum Index of Target Analysis algorithm.By the computer programming technology,we realize the small town evaluation system.According to small town quantification target,the system can give a scientific,reasonable appraisal value for a small town.Comparing with the other methods,the result of evaluation by our method is intuitional,concise,quantitative,and precise.It may be applied widely.
