摘要
采用固相反应在高温预先合成新型无锆乳浊剂,并应用白度仪和XRD等方法研究了其乳浊效果和乳浊机理。结果表明:采用高钙的基础釉,该乳浊剂可以完全替代锆英石,制备烧成温度达1200℃,是适用建筑卫生陶瓷,白度高,光泽度强的优质乳浊釉。
In this dissertation, the new zircon-free opacifier was first prepared by solid reaction process at high temperature. The opacifying peffcrmances and mechanism of the glaze were investigated by using whiteness meter and XRD and so on. The results indicate that the high whiteness and glossy glaze can be obtained and even sintered at 1200℃ when the new zircon-free opacifier was added to the sanitaryware glaze with high calcium content, and it can thus replace zircon opacifier.
