摘要
针对公理化设计与设计结构矩阵二者之间具有互补性的特点,提出了公理化设计矩阵与设计结构矩阵同步演化的设计思想,具体研究了公理化设计矩阵与设计结构矩阵同步演化的内在机制,包括同步演化的步骤与相应的算法。重点在于提出了复合矩阵的新概念,以此作为公理化设计矩阵转化为相应设计结构矩阵的桥梁。同时,通过具体案例阐述了公理化设计矩阵与设计结构矩阵之间同步演化的过程。
Axiomatic Design Matrix (ADM) was complementary to Design Structare Matrix (DSM). Aiming at this characteristic, a coevolution mechanism between ADM and DSM was proposed. The internal coevolution mechanism of ADM and DSM was studied in particular, including coevolution steps and corresponding algorithms. A new concept named Composite Matrix (CM) was presented to bridge transforming a ADM into a DSM. Furthermore, a case study was given to illustrate the eoevolution process between ADM and DSM.
