摘要
为更好地利用已有的开关柜设计知识提高产品设计效率,分析了开关柜产品的结构特点和设计知识特点,提出了开关柜产品的整机及功能元知识的表达方法,并给出了功能模块的配置规则及范例相似性判别准则。进一步分析了开关柜的配置设计知识的组成及实现配置的方法,采用基于范例推理和配置规则技术,建立了一个开关柜辅助设计系统,并给出了HXGN-12型开关柜设计的应用实例。实例表明,该系统在缩短产品设计时间等方面是有效的。
To make full use of existing knowledge on switchgear design, the characteristics of switchgear structures and design knowledge were analyzed, and a method to describe the whole switchgear unit and functional elements was put forward. The configuration regulations for functional module and judgment criterion for similar cases were provided. An assisted design system was formulated by Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) and configuration rules after analyzing the configuration design knowledge and the method to implement the configuration. An example of HXGN-12 switchgear design was given to illustrate the effectiveness of this method in shortening design time.
