摘要
提出了一种概念设计方案评估的模糊多准则决策方法,以降低决策者主观偏好以及评估过程中模糊和不确定因素对决策的影响。基于对影响产品竞争力因素的分析,建立了概念设计方案评价的层次结构。建立了概念设计方案评估的模糊多准则决策数学模型,并以三角模糊数代替常规层次分析法中的标度,提出了一种模糊层次分析方法来确定评价体系中各级评价准则的权重,充分考虑多领域专家的意见和产品开发过程的风险性。最后,以应用实例对提出模型的有效性和可行性进行了验证。
A fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making method was proposed to evaluate the concept design candidates. In this method, fuzzy set theory, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and multi-criteria decision-making theory were used to decrease subjective preferences of decision makers' such as fuzzy and uncertain factors in evaluation process. The evaluation architecture of conceptual design candidates was established firstly based on the analysis of influencing factors on product competitiveness. Then, a mathematical model of the fuzzy multi-criteria decision for conceptual design candidate evaluation was constructed. A fuzzy AHP was proposed to determine the weights of evaluation criteria in which the triangular fuzzy numbers were utilized to substitute the scaling scheme of conventional AHP. Experts' opinions and the risk index of the product development process were also taken into account in the method. Finally, an application example was used to verify effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.
