摘要
本工作针对sic质工程陶瓷的生产及应用情况,分析了窑具受力状况,参照‘工’字钢具有较高抗弯强度的理论,采用冷挤压工艺,制造‘工’字型氧化物结合碳化硅梁式窑具,常温抗弯强度55PMa,并在生产线上实地应用。
Based on the manufacture and application of SiC engineering ceramics,the stressed state of the kiln furniture was analyzed. The Ⅰ-shaped beam kiln furniture of oxidebonded SiC of which the bending strength is 55 MPa at normal temperature was made by cold extrusion molding and has been used in situ on the production line refer to the theory of Ⅰ-shaped steel with higher bending strength.
