摘要
以装载机铲斗为研究对象,在对铲斗结构进行简化的基础上,借助田鼠爪趾弯曲轮廓形状的测定结果,设计了一种仿生装载机铲斗。通过有限元分析,研究了铲斗在铲装土壤的仿真过程中对土壤的扰动情况,即土壤单元在水平方向的位移和在垂直方向的位移,结果表明所设计的仿生装载机铲斗具有一定的减阻效果,从仿生学的角度为装载机铲斗的高效节能改进设计作了有益的探索。
A new kind of bionic loader bucket was designed and researched on the basis of simplifing the bucket structure and in virtue of the measured result of the curved inside contour shape of a toe of spermophilus dauricus-field mouse′s claw.Soil′s disturbed situation of the horizontal and vertical displacement of the soil elements during the simulation working process by the bucket is studied by the finite element analysis.The results indicate that the bionic loader bucket has certain effect to reduce working resistance.This paper provides an useful exploration for the high-efficient and energy-saving ameliorating design to the loader bucket from the point of view of bionic methodology.
