摘要
研究了碳源、氮源以及其他因子对产木聚糖酶高产菌株黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)SP-1产酶的影响,结果表明:当碳源为70g/L玉米芯,氮源3g/LNaNO,和3g/L(NH4)2SO4,pH值在5.4—6.0时,黑曲霉SP-1的酶活超过300IU/mL。采用玉米芯代替半纤维素作为碳源可以大大的降低成本,减少环境污染,有利于木聚糖酶的工业化生产。
Effects of carbon source,nitrogen souce and other factors on xylanase production of Aspergillus niger SP-1 were studied.The results showed the optimal conditions for enzyme formation were 70 g/L corn-cob,3 g/L NaNO3 and 3g/L(NH4)2SO4,pH5.4~6.0.The xylanase acitivity was above 300 IU/mL.
