水分胁迫对金光杏梅叶片光合特性的影响 被引量:11

摘要 以盆栽金光杏梅幼苗为试材,研究了不同程度水分胁迫对金光杏梅叶片叶绿素含量和光合特性的影响。结果表明,随着土壤水分胁迫程度的加重,金光杏梅叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素总量、净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度逐渐下降,而细胞间隙CO2浓度逐渐上升。水分胁迫下,净光合速率的下降是由气孔因素与非气孔因素双重作用造成的,轻度水分胁迫下气孔限制是光合速率下降的主要原因,而严重水分胁迫下非气孔限制是光合速率下降的主要原因。通过回归分析发现,金光杏梅叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度和细胞间隙CO2浓度与土壤水分之间,均存在极显著线性关系。 Experiment was conducted with pot-cultured seedlings of apricot-plum cultivar Jinguang for studying the effect of water stress on the leaf chlorophyll content and photosynthesis characteristics. The results showed that with the water stress developing, the chlorophyll a content, chlorophyll b content, total chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate (Pn), transpiration rate(Tr), stomatal conductance (Gs) were declined, while the intercellular C02 concentration (Ci) was reduced. The decrease of net photosynthesis rate was caused by stomatal and non-stomatal inhibition. In light water stress the decrease of it was mainly caused by the stomatal inhibition, while under heavy water stress by the non-stomatal factors. By recursive analyzing, the linear relationship between Pn, Tr, Gs, Ci and soil water content were extremely remarkable.
