HPLC测定蛇胆川贝胶囊中牛磺胆酸钠的含量

Determination of Sodium Taurocholate in Shedan Chuanbei Capsules by HPLC

目的建立蛇胆川贝胶囊中牛磺胆酸钠的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,Shim-pack ODS色谱柱（4.6mm×250mm;5μm）;以甲醇-0.6%磷酸二氢钾（65∶35）为流动相,流速1.0mL/min;检测波长205nm。结果牛磺胆酸钠在8.9-178.0μg/mL范围内与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9993）,平均回收率为96.66%（RSD为1.22%,n=5）。结论本方法具有操作简便、灵敏度高、重现性好等特点,可以作为蛇胆川贝胶囊中蛇胆的含量测定方法。

Objective A method has been established for the determination on the cholate in Shedan chuanbei capsules by HPLC. Methods Shim-pack ODS cilumn was quantity of sodium tauroused （ 4.6 mm× 250mm, 5μm） with CH3OH-0.6% KH 2 PO4 （55： 45） as the mobile phase , the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was at 205 nm. Results h indicates that is a good linear relationship between peak area and concentration （ r = 0. 999 9 ） of sodium taurocholate, the average recovery was 96.66% and RSD was 1.22% （ n = 5 ）. Conclusion This method was easy to operate with accurate result, high sensitivity and good reproducibility for determination of sodium taurocholate contents in Shedan Chuanbei capsules.
