从电机壳铸件的成型实验再论气冲气推成形触头造型机的开发

摘要 扼要介绍用气冲气推成形触头造型机制造电机壳铸型的成型过程及其实砂效果,实验研究表明:在工作气压为0.4 MPa-0.45 MPa的条件下,这一造型机对电机壳类铸型的实砂效果十分理想,砂型紧实度高而且均匀,它有望成功地解决中小型电机壳铸件大批量机械化生产的难题。气冲气推成形触头造型机是一种机构简单、投资少、高速、高效、低能耗的湿型粘土砂造型实砂机构,文章进一步阐述了开发这一机种必要性和可行性。 The molding process and sand compaction effects of air impact molding machine combined with air- pushed contour squeeze head to make sand molds of motor casings were elucidated in the paper. The experimental results indicated that with the operational air pressure being 0.4 MPa ~ 0.45 MPa, the sand compaction effects of this new type of air impact molding machine to make sand molds of motor casings were ideally perfect, and the mold compactibility was high and uniform. The air impact molding machine combined with air - pushed contour squeeze head may be expected to successfully solve the mechanization of mass production of medium and small - sized motor casing castings in our country. And it is a new green sand molding machine of simple design, high speed, excellent efficiency, low energy consumption and small investment. The necessity and feasibility of developing this new molding machine were elucidated further mo.
