摘要
以Nd:YAG激光器为激发光源、硅增强靶型光学多道分析仪作检测器并与IBM PC/XT微机联机进行数据的分析处理,研究了DBM,TOPO和Sm-DBM-TOPO在非离子表面活性剂农乳-100存在下的吸光特性和激光诱导发光特性,提出该体系的发光机理和能量传递机制。不经分离,直接用于高纯稀土氧化物中痕量钐的测定,获得了满意的结果。
In this paper, the absorption spectrum and the laser-induced luminescence spectrum of dibenzoylmethane (DBM), tri-n-octylphosphine oxide (TOPO) and Sm-DBM-TOPO in the micellar solution of nonionic surfactant Nong Ru-100 are studied using Nd: YAG laser and SIT vidicon optical multichannel analyzer. The luminescent mechanism, two step energy transfer processes and the effects of the ligand concentration and laser energy on the fluorescent intensities of Sm-DBM-TOPO system are proposed. The-Sm-DBM-TOPO-Nong-Ru-100 system is adopted in the determination of the trace samarium. The calibration curve is linear over the range 0.04— 200ng Sm/ml. A new sensitized fluorescence phenomenon is observed by adding some of metal ions, which is named synergistic luminescence. The trace samarium in yttrium oxide is directly determined without separation.
