摘要
采用铝型材厂废渣和闽候粘土为主要原料,用废聚苯乙烯塑料作为烧烬添加物研制轻质莫来石保温隔热耐火材料,探讨该莫来石保温材料晶相结构、微观形貌及废聚苯乙烯添加量对气孔率、吸水率及体积密度的影响。结果表明:轻质保温材料的主晶相是莫来石和刚玉。最佳的苯乙烯添加量为5.0%,在这种条件下可得到荷载能力强、气孔率和密度适当的以莫来石固溶体为主晶相的保温耐火材料,各项性能指标为:密度0.868g/cm^3,收缩率8.53%,抗折强度为3.10MPa。
Mullite light-weight insulating refractory was made by using waste aluminum slag and clay as raw materials, using polystyrene plastic as foam agent. The crystalline phase, microstructures and influence of polystyrene plastic content on the porosity, water absorption and bulk density were discussed. The results show that mullite and corundum are the two main crystalline phases. The best content for polystyrene plastic is 5.0%, the corresponding propertiy index is : bulk density 0.868g/cm^3, shrinkage 8.53%, beading strength 3. 10MPa.
