摘要
为了研究城市垃圾熔渣细骨料以及废弃混凝土粗骨料再生利用的可能性,本文着眼于城市垃圾熔渣再生混凝土的耐久性能,试验以100%再生粗骨料以及垃圾熔渣细骨料替代天然碎石和砂子制备再生混凝土.探讨了城市垃圾熔渣再生混凝土的耐久性能之一抵抗冻融循环的能力。冻融循环试验用混凝土以水灰比0.45、0.65为变动因素。试验结果表明,城市垃圾熔渣再生混凝土(简称RS混凝土)试件的冻融循环抵抗性与粗、细骨料置换率为0%的普通混凝土(简称NN混凝土)试件相比,水灰比0.45、0.65时的耐久性指数分别降低7.9%和13.3%,但都能满足评价冻融循环抵抗性的最低指标。
For researching the recycled probability of using city garbage melting slag as fine aggregate and disposal concrete as coarse aggregate, the paper focuses on durability of recycled concrete with city garbage melting slag. Using 100% recycled aggregate instead of natural macadam and sand to make recycled aggregate concrete and discussing one of indexes: the capacity of resisting the freezing and thawing repellence of recycled aggregate concrete's durability with city garbage melting slag. The freezing and thawing experiment using water cement ratio 0.45, 0.65 as valued factors of concrete. The experiment shows, the specimen's freezing and thawing repellence of 100% recycled aggregate concrete with city garbage melting slag ( RS concrete ) comparing with specimen of the normal concrete ( NN concrete ) whose coarse and fine aggregate's replacement ratio is 0% , the durability number indexes of using water cement ratio 0.45 and 0.65 separately decreased 7.9% and 13.3% , but all can satisfy the lowest index of evaluating freezing and thawing repeUence.
