摘要
通过建立模型,分析了物料在螺旋挤压过程中的运动及受力情况,结合物料的挤压流变特性,导出了螺旋挤压产生的挤压力与螺旋几何和螺旋工作参数之间的函数关系式。确定了物料实现顺利挤出通过挤压机的机头和机嘴部分所需的压力。在此基础上,提出了螺旋挤压成型机的设计准则,并运用研究结果进行了实际螺旋挤压机的设计和使用,实践证明了理论分析的正确性和可靠性。
By constructing model, the movement and dynamics of ceramics pastes were analyzed during extrusion process. Combined the extrudate rheology character, the function relationship among the screw extrusion pressure and the screw working parameter, and the screw geometry dimension were established. The required pressure which the extrudate pass through the die head and entry successfully was determined. The design principle of screw extruder was presented, and the practical design and application of screw extruder were performed. The validity and reliability of theoretical analysis are proved by the practice results.
