摘要
本文尝试运用材料学过程理论对陶瓷制造过程进行了分析,进而总结分析了影响95%氧化铝陶瓷零件形位公差尺寸的工艺因素,讨论了陶瓷制造过程的能量分配问题和统筹兼顾问题。
The process of the ceramics' manufacturing was analyzed by the material's process control theory in this article, the effects of process control on tolerance and size of 95 Al2O3 ceramic parts were concluded, and the energy distribution and the all-round consideration in the manufacture of ceramics were discussed.
