摘要
对高校教师的个体和群体素质进行客观、公正、全面的绩效评价是高校教师管理及人事制度改革的基础。进行有效的高校教师绩效评价具有多种功能和目的,能有力促进我国高校的建设与发展。但我国高校教师绩效评价存在一些困惑和问题,有待于进一步完善和发展。
Carrying on an objective, fair and overall performance evaluation of university teachers on the quality of individuals and groups is the foundation of university teachers management and the personnel system reform. Effective university teachers' performance evaluation has various functions and objectives. It can effectively promote the university' s construction and development. But there are some confusions and problems. This article intends to discuss how to improve the development of university teachers' perforance evaluation.
