摘要
金萱是我国台湾适制乌龙茶的优良品种之一。采用SDE法提取金萱条形乌龙茶香精油,然后用GC/MS法分析香精油的香气组成,结果共确定出61种香气成分;对主要组分进行分析,结果表明金萱乌龙茶的特征香气成分为橙花叔醇、(顺)-己酸-3-己烯酯、3,7-二甲基-1,5,7-辛三烯-3-醇、芳樟醇氧化物(Ⅲ)、己醛和吲哚。
Jinxuan was an elite variety that came from Taiwan and was suitable to make oolong tea. Aromatic constituents of Jinxuan oolong tea were analyzed by SDE and GC/MS methods. 61 aromatic constituents were identified. The results showed that major aromatic constituents of Jinxuan oolong tea were nerodiol, 3-hexenyl ester,(z)-hexanoic acid, 1,5,7-octatrien-3-ol,3,7- dimethyl, linalool oxide(Ill), hexanal and indole.
