规模猪场链球菌病综合防治模式

摘要 从某规模猪场采集病料进行分离、培养和生化试验,共分离出致病性链球菌18株,其中16株分属C群、D群、E群,2株未知;对致病性链球菌培养进行药物敏感性试验筛选出敏感药物;选取分离获得的菌株作为菌种,制成自家多价灭活苗,以多价灭活苗分别免疫母猪和仔猪,对个别发病仔猪采用敏感药物进行治疗,同时加强环境条件控制,改善饲养管理,结果猪场发生的链球菌病得到有效控制。 18 strains of Streptococcus were isolated from a large-scale pig farm by culture and biochemical test. Serologically 16 of them were identified as Group C,Group D and Group E, while other 2 strains had not been decided yet. Susceptibility medicine against phthogenic were selected through susceptibility test. Production of endemic inactivated polyvalent vaccine of Streptococcus. Good result of Streptococosis prevention was seen in the large-scale pig farm through immunity by inactivated vaccine, the application of susceptibility medicine, the control environment and the improvement on feeding and management.
