对广州市花都区农产品质量安全监管的思考

Thinking of supervision on the quality and safety of agricultural products in Huadu of Guangzhou

简述了广州市花都区农产品质量安全监管概况,分析了花都区农产品质量安全监管存在问题,提出重点抓好生产源头监管和行政执法,大力推广农业标准化技术规程,推进农产品监管信息化管理等措施,建立"源头能控制,过程可追溯,质量有保证"的农产品全过程监管体系,进一步提高政府对农产品质量安全的监管能力。

Brief description of the situation about supervision on the quality and safety of agricultural products in Huadou of Guangzhou.The existing problems of supervision on the quality and safety of agricultural products in Huadou was analysed.We suggested that the focus on the production source of supervision and administrative enforcement,promoting the specification of agricultural standardization technical and agricultural regulatory information management.We establishmented supervision of the entire process of agricultural products system which could ＂control production source, track production process and assure production quanlity.Acorrding this system, we improved the monitoring capacity of agricultural quality and safety.
