摘要
试验考察了基体干扰,被测元素之间的相互干扰,以及銪钆铽镝钬铒铥镱镥硅铁钙镁钾钠锌铜铝铅锰等元素的干扰。得出了五个被测元素的计算检出限分别是:镧0.9ng/ml,铈0.8ng/ml,钕1.4ng/ml,钐0.5ng/ml,和钇0.5ng/ml。各元素测定结果的相对标准偏差均小于10%。回收率介于90—110%之间。本法适用于纯度小于99.95%的氧化镨中镧铈钕钐钇的直接测定。与经典的电弧光谱相比较具有分析速度快,范围宽、精密度高的优点。
Five trace amounts of rare earth elements in high purity praseodymium oxide were determined without prior seperation and preconcentration by ICP-AES. Matrix interferences, co-exist elements were studied and corrected. The optimum operating conditions were investigated. Detection limits were 0.9ng/ml for La, 0.8ng/ml for Ce, 1.4ng/ml for Nd, and 0.5ng/ml for Sm and Y,and RSD for all measured elements were less than 10%. This method could te used for direct determination of lanthanum, cerium, neodymium, samarium, and yttrium in praseodymium oxide with a purity of less than 99.95%. The experimental results show that the method is supurior to the D.C.arc powder method in many respects.
