1500例腹腔镜胆囊切除术的分析

The analysis of 1 500 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的：总结1500例腹腔镜胆囊切除术（laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC）的经验。方法：回顾分析我院1997年3月至2005年3月1500例LC患者的临床资料。结果：1472例顺利完成LC,中转开腹27例,术后3～7d（平均5d）出院。1320例随访1～6年,平均3.5年,无异常发现。结论：熟悉Calot三角关系,恰当选择手术适应证,适时中转开腹是LC的安全保障。

Objective：To summarize the experience of 1 500 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC）.Methods：The data of 1 500 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy from Mar.1997 to Mar.2005 were retrospectively analyzed.Results：One thousand four hundred and seventy-two cases were performed successfully.27 cases were converted to open procedure.The hospitalization was 3 to 7 days.During the follow-up of 1 320 cases for 1 to 6 years,no complications occured.Conclusions：The appropriate choice of operative indication,being familiar with the anatomic structure of Calot＇s triangle and conversion to open surgery if necessary is the key of the operative success.
