摘要
根据废旧橡胶颗粒特征,用炼塑机将其辊压处理后,加入一定量的偶联剂,研究了废旧橡胶/刨花复合工艺,通过极差分析和方差分析得到优化工艺参数为:橡:木配比为1:9,施胶量为10%,热压温度为170℃,热压时间为300s。用以上工艺参数制造的复合板材力学性能优异。
On the basis of properties of waste rubber granules, the technology of wood-rubber composite board with UF adhesive was studied by way of orthogonal test and the technology parameters were optimized by differential and variance analysis, The rubber granules was pressed by machinery, then adding some coupling agent. Results showed that physical and mechanical properties of the board were excellent and suitable to be used as a kind of functional board.
