摘要 在VAc与NMA乳液聚合中添加尿素,通过改变尿素用量来考察其对PVAc-NMA-Urea表面润湿性、固化性能和粘接性能的影响,实验结果表明:PVAc-NMA-Urea表面润湿性、固化性能和湿强度得到显著改善;当尿素用量为VAc质量的2.5%~4%时,PVAc-NMA-Urea在云南松和红松表面的平均接触角分别为71.22°和73.78°,接触角最小;当尿素用量为VAc质量的1%~2%时,PVAc-NMA-Urea平均固化时间仅为521s,平均湿强度是PVAc的2.04倍,而且贮存期较长。 Urea was added in emulsion-polymerization of Vinyl Acetate(VAc) and N-Hydroxymethyl Acrylamide(NMA), and some features of the emulsion modified before and after were investigated. Results showed that surface wetting, hardening and wet bond strength of PVAc-NMA-Urea were successfully improved; when the mass rate of urea to VAc was 2.5%-4%, the average contacting angles on Pinus yunnanensis and Pinus koraiensis were the minimum, 71.22° and 73.78° respectively; when the mass rate of urea to VAc was 1% -2 %,the average hardening time was only 521s, the average wet bond strength was 2.04 times that of PVAc, and the store time was longer.
